Dr. Manoj Reddy is an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in the treatment of complex shoulder, hip, knee and elbow issues. His interests include the use of arthroscopic minimally invasive techniques to address injuries as well as reconstructive and open surgery of the shoulder and knee. Additional areas of interest include the treatment of cartilage injuries with operative techniques utilizing MACI and osteochondral allografts. In office procedures include both biologic injections (PRP) or viscosupplementation.
Dr. Reddy is a native of the DFW area and is excited to be back home to North Texas to serve his community. Dr. Reddy completed his internship and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Chicago and underwent an additional year of training/fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the world renowned Rothman Orthopaedic Institute- annually ranked as a top 10 hospital for orthopedics. During his fellowship, he had the opportunity to serve as the assistant team physician for the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA), Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), Philadelphia Phillies (MLB). He additionally provided sports team coverage for the Philadelphia Marathon and was a team physician for Villanova and St. Joseph’s Universities.
When he is not at work, he enjoys playing golf, running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Sonya, and his young son.
Dr. Reddy career interests include an active involvement with the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM) as well as serving as a reviewer for the American Journal of Sports Medicine (AJSM). He has presented and published in multiple areas of orthopedic research, and his papers have been presented at annual national conferences such as AOSSM, Arthroscopy Association of North American (AANA) and the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS).
Dr. Reddy treatment philosophy revolves around returning patients back to doing what they love pain-free. He is committed to exhausting all non-operative measures and utilizing any joint preserving minimally invasive procedures available to treat a patient’s injury.
